ASUS laptop and laptop transformer based on Chrome OS

On the eve of the exhibition of consumer electronics CES 2019 (Las Vegas, Nevada, USA) ASUS announced new portable computers running the Chrome OS operating system.

Debuted laptops Chromebook C204 (11.6 inch) Chromebook and C403 (14 inches) and a laptop-transformer Flip C214 Chromebook (11.6-inch). All devices are designed for the educational sector.

The screen resolution of the new products is 1366 × 768 pixels (HD format). The Chromebook C204 can be equipped with a conventional or a touchpad. With the Chromebook Flip C214, the touch screen can rotate 360 degrees, allowing you to use the Device in tablet mode.

The Chromebook C204 laptop carries an Intel Celeron N4000 processor, up to 4GB of RAM, a 32GB flash drive and an HD camera on Board. The Chromebook C403 has similar features but uses the Celeron n3350 chip.

Convertible notebook Chromebook Flip C214 can be equipped with Celeron processor N4000/N4100, 8 GB RAM and a storage capacity of 64 GB. There is a front HD-camera and a rear camera at 8 MP.

All new products are equipped with Wi-Fi 5 (802.11 ac) and Bluetooth 4.2 adapters, USB 3.0 Gen 1 Type-C and USB 3.0 Gen 1 Type-a, microSD slot, standard audio Jack.
