ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AC2900
In the near future, ASUS will start selling Wi-Fi router ROG Rapture GT-AC2900: now visitors can get acquainted with the novelty of the exhibition CES 2019.
The model that supports the IEEE 802.11 ac standard applies to dual-band devices. The peak data rate reaches 750 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 2167 Mbps in the 5 GHz band.
The router is equipped with three external detachable antennas for 2.4 / 5 GHz bands. In addition, there is a fourth internal antenna, designed exclusively for the 5 GHz band.
The router can be configured to handle game traffic in priority mode: this will ensure the most responsive gameplay.
In the rear part of the case there is one WAN/LAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports. There is one USB 3.0 Gen1 and one USB 2.0 connector, which can be connected to external drives and peripheral equipment.
The router has multi-color RGB-backlighting. Implemented technology Aura Sync, through which you can synchronize the backlight between different devices, including keyboards, mice and audio headsets.
Router price ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 yet, alas, is not disclosed.
