Crysis Remastered new patch fixed plant physics and improved performance
|Crytek Studio in the official microblog of the Crysis series announced the release of the next update for the PC version of Crysis Remastered, and on the Reddit forum published a list of fixes made by the patch. |
First, patch 1.3 fixes the physical model of in-game vegetation: with the release of the previous version (1.2), the flora for some reason stopped responding to user actions.
Secondly, the new patch is designed to improve the performance of Crysis Remastered on powerful computers: in particular, when using shadows and ray tracing of very high quality.
Third, the update fixes a bug that caused performance to drop by 10 frames/s when using the window mode without frames compared to the full-screen and window options.
In addition, the patch eliminates a number of non-performance errors in the visual plan: for example, incorrect display of textures, drawing distances of objects, and so on.
In addition, in version 1.3, multiple gameplay bugs were fixed (for example, in the behavior of artificial intelligence and when using a suit), as well as the reasons for some crashes.
Crysis Remastered was released in July on the Nintendo Switch, and in September it reached the PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Recently, hackers revealed how much Crytek had to pay for implementing Denuvo in the game.
