Honor, owned by Huawei, unveiled a teaser image, presenting the imminent announcement of new wrist smart watches.
The illustration shows the silhouette of the upcoming "smart" watches, which appears under the name of Honor Watch. It can be seen that the gadget will display a round shape, and the right side of the body will have two control buttons.
Recall that recently Huawei introduced a smart watch GT, which is equipped with a round AMOLED - screen size of 1.39 inches (454 × 454 points), heart rate sensor, receiver of satellite navigation systems GPS. The Device is able to work offline for up to 30 days.
We can assume that Honor Watch will inherit some of the characteristics of the model Huawei Watch GT. On the teaser shows the date of announcement of new items - October 31.
IDC research shows that 27.9 million wearable gadgets were already sold globally in the second quarter of this year. This is approximately 5.5% more than the result for the second quarter of 2017.
