Microsoft has stopped supporting another version of Windows 10
Microsoft has stopped supporting another version of the Windows 10 operating system. The latest cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 was released yesterday and this OS version will not be updated again.

Interestingly, support for 1809 stopped just last month. The thing is that Microsoft extended support for 1809 for six months due to the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, the completion of support for 1809 and 1903 occurred almost simultaneously.

Support has been discontinued for all variations of Windows 10 1903, including Home, Pro,Pro for Workstations, Enterprise, and Education.

Microsoft is starting to force an upgrade of the PC from the installed 1903 to version 1909, which is still supported. The Windows 10 1903 version debuted in may 2019, and the Windows 10 1909 version debuted in November 2019.

In may 2021, a similar automatic transition of version 1909 to the 2004 — may 2020 update will begin. The transition starts for the same reason — the termination of technical support.
