It is noted that the processor Exynos 9820 will be the basis of a number of regional modifications of smartphones Galaxy S10 series. As part of these devices, the NPU module will be responsible for accelerating the execution of operations related to artificial intelligence (AI). In particular, we are talking about voice recognition, image processing, etc.
Earlier it was reported that the Exynos 9820 chip will be produced by 7-nanometer technology. Its structure, according to preliminary data, will include the computing core of the Mongoose M4 and productive graphics accelerator ARM Mali-G76.
We add that two neuroprocessor NPU blocks are part of the 7-nanometer Kirin 980 processor, which was recently announced by Huawei.
