Samsung Galaxy S21 pandemic feature revealed
The Korean company Samsung is now preparing to launch the flagship line of smartphones Galaxy S21 and details about future new products are accumulating in the network.

According to the sammobile thematic resource, the Korean manufacturer will add a new biometric user authorization feature to the Galaxy S21. This is about recognizing users by their voice.

The feature will be added to the Bixby Voice voice assistant and will allow you to unlock your smartphone without having to enter a password with your hands or remove a face recognition mask.

Previously, Bixby itself allowed you to unlock your smartphone at the user's command, when the assistant is activated by the phrase Hi Bixby. Initially, the option to set a voice password to unlock the smartphone "without hands"was also offered. However, none of these features currently survive in Bixby.

With the release of the One UI 3.1 shell, users will be offered the option to choose voice unlock using Bixby. The exact details of the function are still unknown.

Voice unlocking is not the most reliable and secure method of biometric authentication. After all, anyone can record the user's voice and then unlock the device. Just like face recognition can be fooled by an image.
