South Korean news Agency ET News reports that Samsung has ordered digitizers for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, which will recognize the s Pen stylus, and mass production should begin in December this year. It was also previously reported that the case of the Galaxy S21 Ultra will not have a compartment for storing the stylus, this should help branded cases.
Recently, there have been numerous reports that Samsung is preparing to prematurely announce the Samsung Galaxy S21 line in order to release a competitor for the iPhone 12 as soon as possible. The company also wants to take a vacant part of the market due to the us sanctions imposed on Huawei, which significantly limited its capabilities.
The new line is expected to include the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra models. The older model will be the only one that will get a curved screen on the sides, while the other two models will be equipped with flat displays. All three smartphones will get very narrow display frames.
The Galaxy S21 launch batch is expected to include just 6 million units. The company will observe the reaction of users and can produce more smartphones in the event it becomes necessary.
