Ultra Wide Band technology introduced

The company installed a UWB chip in the Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphone along with a set of antennas. Xiaomi also used its own algorithms to achieve centimeter-level positioning and ±3°angle accuracy.
Xiaomi claims that the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technology gives smartphones and smart devices spatial perception capabilities similar to something like indoor GPS. With this technology, the user can simply point the smartphone at any device, and then its control panel will immediately appear on the screen. In other words, you can turn on the device by pressing just one button on your smartphone.
Adam Zeng Xuezhong, Xiaomi's Vice President and President of smartphones, showed how he directs the Xiaomi Mi 10 at the fan, TV, smart lamp and speaker, With the corresponding controls immediately appearing on the smartphone screen.
